Claudian Dumitriu, Navy Commander (CLC - Long Course Commander) is the founder of the new spiritual science “Inforenergetics” (a purely Romanian science) since 1987, when he was a member of the Association of Scientists of Romania.
He was born in Iași on March 23, 1935. He graduated from the Higher Naval School – S.M.S.M. with the militarized status of a higher education institute, in 1957, at the Faculty of Artillery. On June 19, 1961, he voluntarily retired with full rights after completing the courses for Sports Coaches of Large Military Units.
From 1969 to 1986, he embarked on the commercial navy ships of NAVROM Constanţa as a third officer, then second officer, and then chief officer. In 1974, after passing the Long Course Captain exam, he became a commander qualified for all types of commercial ships of the unit. In 1987, he was requested by I.P.A. Bucharest to transfer from NAVROM Constanţa, where he worked until 1989, creating, together with mathematician Nedelcu from ICEPRONAV Galaţi, the software for the Romanian tanker operation computer.
Between December 21-24, 1989, he participated in the revolutionary battles in Palace Square and at TVR, where, in Studio 4, on December 22, 1989, he made a public call on behalf of civilian sailors to coordinate the fight of revolutionary sailors on ships located in Romanian ports on the Danube and the sea. After December 25, he became an elected secretary of the National Salvation Front (F.S.N.) at the Ministry of Transport – A.C.D.M.N. He left this position after about a month when he realized that the former party secretaries were part of the ministry's F.S.N.

Starting in March 1990, he was part of the founding members' team that worked on the re-establishment of the Romanian Naval League and in this capacity, he worked on drafting the L.N.R. Statute under the leadership of Rear Admiral Gheorghe Sandu.
After 1987, he founded a new frontier science which he named Inforenergetics, consisting of all modern sciences and those provided in the Holy Scripture; or the science of forming complex logical algorithms implemented in a spatial energy support composed of different types of energies, such as thermal, magnetic, electric, chemical, etc., which manifest their intended efficiency over a variable period on a predetermined target. He communicated the emergence of this new science, Inforenergetics, internationally in a paper presented at the Inter-Mediterranean Medical Entente held in Mamaia-Constanţa between September 9-12, 1992, on behalf of the Balkan Medical Union, of which he had just become a member. For this communication, he received the Gold Diploma of the Entente, signed by the late academician Ştefan Milcu, who presided over this important international scientific event.
Starting from May 9, 1990, he began teaching Radiesthesia and Inforenergetics courses within SRL Arhetip, which from November 1990 he taught within the "Romanian Society of Radiesthesia" – S.R.L., which he founded as the sole associate on September 4, 1990.
Since 1992, at the proposal of the Balkan Medical Union, he became a member of this prestigious institution for the results obtained in the field of human health, which he later made known through communications at the annual international congresses organized by it in various countries around the world. Even then, he was the only non-doctor member of the Balkan Medical Union. Since 1994, carrying out increasingly numerous activities within the Romanian Society of Radiesthesia, he withdrew from the leadership of the Romanian Naval League, of which he was a part, and from the Romanian Expeditionary Group, where he collaborated with engineer Iustin Capră - a well-known Romanian inventor, and with the former minister, science fiction writer - professor Alexandru Mironov.
In October 1995, he founded the NGO Inforenergetics Foundation "St. Apostle Andrew", and in 2004, due to the needs arising from the expansion of the activities of the Romanian Society of Radiesthesia, he founded the Inforenergetics Society – S.R.L. In 2015 and 2017, due to the expansion of the activities of the latter, he founded the sister companies - Inforenergetics Society Center West – S.R.L., Inforenergetics Society North East – S.R.L., and Inforenergetics Society South East – S.R.L.
The information revealed (except for the part on radiesthesia) are communications received spiritually by Mr. Claudian Dumitriu and research conducted by him. Some of this research was done together with his disciples, some of whom at one point had significant contributions to the development or elaboration of inforenergetic techniques later integrated into the Inforenergetics courses. Last but not least, Claudian Dumitriu is a servant of God, and Inforenergetics is the science of living only with Him, in the Laws of the Holy Trinity.
On May 12, 2023, C.L.C. Claudian Dumitriu, the founder of Inforenergetics, passed away, a terrestrial star who will shine alongside the Heavenly Father. May God receive him in His Heart and reward him for the dedication with which he shared Knowledge with us!
